Job summary

Concentrix KYC Services SAS in Paris is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Risk and Compliance Advisory. You will support technology implementation projects focused on platform, analytics, AI, compliance, and financial crime solutions, coordinating across delivery, product, and engineering teams.

The role requires strong IT project management skills, experience with SQL, APIs, data flows, and agile delivery, plus fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, AI, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, IT, AI, Data Analytics, CS or related field preferred.
• Customer-facing project management experience in consulting or technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT implementation lifecycles from requirements to post-go-live.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery environments.
• Fluent in English and French, with professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of technology implementation projects and workstreams across platforms, analytics, compliance and AI solutions.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, governance docs, and action trackers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities across delivery, product, engineering, and client teams with stakeholders.
• Track progress against timelines and milestones, driving action on deliverables.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data workflows, APIs, and testing cycles.
• Support workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings to align business and technical outcomes.
• Prepare executive reports, RAID logs, and milestone updates for management.
• Assist with change management activities to ensure adoption and successful delivery.
