Concentrix is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Paris to support technology implementation projects and drive risk and compliance advisory initiatives. • Customer-facing project management experience with strong English communication.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders toward outcomes.
• Understanding of technology platforms, APIs, data, and IT delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration across clients and teams.
• Ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and action tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with detail and quality.
• Comfort working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Interest in FCC, Fraud Prevention, AML, KYC, or AI solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of technology implementation projects and workstreams across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, governance documentation, and action trackers to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities across delivery, product, engineering, client teams, and other internal or external stakeholders.
• Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and help ensure follow-through on key actions.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support workshop logistics, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment toward defined outcomes.
• Prepare and support executive and management reporting materials, including project status updates and communications.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and help ensure clear alignment across project participants.
• Work closely with technical teams to track implementation activities, integrations, workflows, analytics, and platform delivery milestones.
• Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance coordination to help ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist with change management and business readiness activities to support adoption and successful delivery.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management templates, delivery standards, methodologies, and accelerators.
• Support lessons learned activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and coordination practices.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
