Mirakl is seeking a RevOps Systems & AI Automation professional to optimize revenue operations across our product suite. You will manage Salesforce, CPQ processes, and data quality while partnering with Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-moving environment. You will join a Revenue Operations team based in Paris with remote work options, contributing to efficient sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2+ years supporting business applications like Salesforce or RevOps tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition across Mirakl's business units.
• Administer Salesforce — users, permissions, workflows, and data quality.
• Collaborate with RevOps analysts to translate needs into system improvements.
• Design and maintain AI-agent processes and workflows to automate tasks in Revenue Operations.
