Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with the General Manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors and facilities to maximize operations.
• Support a safe work environment with strong stockroom standards and processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Execute company directives with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment excellence.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Support other areas including Sales & Service and Cashier as needed.
