Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Field Coach Trainer in Paris to lead a culture of retail excellence and drive client development using strategic product knowledge and coaching.

You will partner with Retail Learning and Store Leaders to design and execute coaching plans, monitor progress, and ensure brand behaviors on the sales floor. The role emphasizes in-store presence, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning across Europe.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Leadership or field training experience preferred.
• Jewelry industry experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with employees at all levels.
• Empowers teams and promotes accountability.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work four days per week in-store.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead gap analyses by observing daily client interactions.
• Develop coaching plans with store leaders and timelines.
• Coach sales teams on targets and training materials.
• Coordinate frequent check-ins with store leadership and learning teams.
• Support yearly performance review processes.
• Maintain coaching records and update training files.
• Structure learning paths with regional trainings and mentorship.
