Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Manager, Retail Learning to strategize and lead the market’s retail training programs. The role focuses on developing ambassadors who can sell with knowledge, deliver world-class service, and drive brand loyalty and market share growth.

The position emphasizes leadership of a team, cross-functional collaboration, and sustained program effectiveness through LMS reporting and budgeting. Fluency in English and local market language is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years retail/training experience, instructional design, classroom facilitation or performance consulting experience.
• Experience in luxury and jewelry retail, strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in leading teams
• Fluent in English and market language

Responsabilités

• Ensure delivery of Tiffany Retail Training Curriculum programs across the business.
• Cascade to Store Managers key Retail Learning information
• Establish cross-functional partnerships to drive commercial priorities and goals
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT to onboard Retail successfully
• Use metrics and reports to measure program efficacy and efficiency
