Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Field Coach Trainer to reinforce our luxury retail learning strategy across the France Benelux Monaco cluster.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, Retail Learning Manager, and cross-functional teams to drive business performance through impactful learning experiences, coaching, and development initiatives. The Field Coach Trainer serves as a key resource in elevating client experience, selling ceremony, product knowledge, and brand behaviors

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of retail training / coaching experience.
Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events.
Luxury brand experience preferred.

Responsabilités

Understand retail metrics and KPIs that impact performance.
Roll out training initiatives aligned with business needs.
Observe daily sales floor interactions and give feedback to leadership.
Ensure brand behaviors, grooming, etiquette, and store presentation standards.
Provide evaluations and post-training assessments to measure ROI.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to support behavior adoption.
Utilize metrics and reports to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
