Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Field Coach Trainer to drive the retail learning strategy across the France Benelux Monaco cluster.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, Retail Learning Manager and cross-functional teams to elevate client experience, selling ceremony, product knowledge, and brand behaviors. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and reinforcement of learning initiatives, monitor floor performance, and use analytics to demonstrate impact while thriving in a luxury

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of retail training/coaching experience, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events as business needs require.

Responsabilités

Roll out and reinforce learning strategies across the FNBM cluster.
Observe on the sales floor and coach teams to improve client experience and brand behaviors.
Provide evaluations and training reinforcement to measure ROI.
Partner with leadership to structure impactful learning moments aligned to business priorities.
Organize onboarding and induction experiences for new hires with store leaders.
