Family Dollar in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy at the register, and safe, respectful interactions with customers and team members. Part-time position with opportunities to contribute and grow within the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
