Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery or drugstore environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions and operate the cash register.
• Maintain cash safety and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive and unload merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep the store clean, restocked, and presentable.
