Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help manage daily store operations, assist customers, and support both front-end and back-end duties. The role involves merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while handling cash transactions with accuracy.

You will be cross-trained to assist with the cash register, support store leadership, and contribute to a positive, safe shopping experience for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service sectors preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling required.
