Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Metairie, LA location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

This role requires physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods, with a focus on safety and friendly, professional service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service industry experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
