Job summary

Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) offers an internship in its Executive Office to support results data and analytics for the Strategic Framework 2028–2032. You will link portfolio, results and socio-economic data, produce heat maps, and test AI-assisted tools while learning to develop prototype dashboards that comply with the Bank's data governance standards.

Qualifications

Ability to turn a concept into usable data by defining what to measure, identifying sources and building the necessary data flows.
Working knowledge of Python, R or SQL, with the ability to review and correct code generated by AI tools.
Experience using AI tools for analysis or coding and checking their outputs for accuracy.
Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical readers.
Proactive, reliable and accurate, with the ability to work well in a small team.
Interest in how evidence supports institutional strategy and the ability to link data to strategic questions.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis and evidence for the Strategic Framework 2028–2032.
Link portfolio, results and social and economic data, including through location reference tables, and produce heat maps and gap maps.
Help develop and test AI‑assisted tools for managing results data.
Use AI tools to develop prototype data dashboards in line with the Bank's data rules.
