Job summary

Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) invites an intern to assist the Office of Independent Evaluation in preparing and implementing evaluations, and to contribute to other IEV deliverables. The role reports to the Senior Evaluator and collaborates with IEV colleagues.

Candidates should be enrolled in a Master’s program or recent graduate, with studies in evaluation, development, economics or related fields, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master's level study in evaluation, development or related fields.
• Interest in social, economic and environmental issues.
• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies is a plus.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and analysis for ongoing evaluations and prepare deliverables.
• Contribute to identifying issues and improving IEV outputs.
• Assist with logistics and administrative tasks for meetings and events.
