Qualifications

• Two to Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Requires basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities.
• Listen effectively.
• Communicate to guests and fellow associates, professionally and positively.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the shift operations in the restaurant and liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, safety compliance and high-quality service.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel restaurant staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Create, promote and implement promotions, displays and buffet ideas to attract more in-house guests.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and maintain safe operations.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Maintain sanitation standards and supervise equipment maintenance to protect assets and ensure service quality.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries to ensure a top-notch experience and foster repeat business.
• Update cash management and generate reports to aid restaurant administration.
