CBRE is seeking a Technical Services Manager in Courbevoie, France, to provide technical leadership for the engineering team and ensure maintenance and compliance standards across M&E activities. The role supports site teams and clients while developing SOPs and EOPs under the direction of the Technical Director.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years post-training experience, including 5 years in engineering maintenance environments.
• Experience with CAFM systems, critical services environments, and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, Safe Systems of Work, and facilities management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical aspects of service delivery, empowering the engineering team to achieve market-leading M&E maintenance standards
• Monitor compliance with CBRE Mechanical and Electrical Safety Rules
• Identify, log, and mitigate engineering risks consistently
• Provide peer review, technical guidance, and incident investigation support
• Manage HV/LV maintenance programmes, including shutdown activities
• Review Additional Works Proposals and approve SOPs/EOPs
• Oversee integration of occupier systems with landlord installations
• Audit on-site teams for compliance with CBRE and site standards

The role supports the site team(s) and client in reviewing proposed works against industry best practice and site standards, while also supporting the France portfolio on Safe Systems of Work. Acting as subject matter expert, the manager authors site‑specific SOPs and EOPs and provides technical and contract support as directed by the Technical Director.
