CTS Group in France is seeking a Senior Mechanical and Plumbing Lead to own M&P scopes across the project lifecycle, coordinating with Civil/Structure, Electrical, and commissioning teams on high-spec data center projects.

You will manage planning, interfaces, subcontractors, and on-site delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance while leading the M&P discipline and contracts in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a mechanical discipline or Construction Management.
• 7+ years in construction project delivery; 3+ years in a package/discipline lead role for M&P.
• Experience with M&P in high-spec or data center projects.
• Knowledge of French and CE design and construction regulations and standards.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in BIM, project planning, and document control tools.

Responsabilités

• Full lifecycle responsibility for M&P packages.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust short- and mid-term lookahead plans.
• Drive progress, resolve blockers, and meet milestones and readiness deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage manpower, deliveries, sequencing, and logistics on site for the M&P.
• Ensure smooth interface alignment with CSA, Electrical, commissioning, and quality teams.
• Lead punch list resolution, inspections, and handover activities.
• Support constructability reviews, scope changes, and design clarifications.
• Manages the Contracts in place for M&P.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical and Plumbing (M&P) Lead to take full ownership of Mechanical (HVAC, cooling, other fluids) and Plumbing (piping networks and associated technical aspects) scopes. You will manage the M&P work packages from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors, aligning interfaces with Civil/Structure/architectural (CSA), Electrical and commissioning teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Employee must be based in France.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in a mechanical discipline (HVAC, thermic…) or Construction Management
• 7+ years in construction project delivery, including 3+ years in a package/discipline lead role related to M&P
• Proven experience with M&P scope of work in high-spec (nuclear, giga factory, industry) or data center projects
• Knowledge of French and CE design and construction regulations and standards
• Proficiency in BIM, project planning, and document control tools
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and accountable
• Fluency in French and English is required.
