Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for Westfield Les 4 Temps in Puteaux. The role focuses on supervising floor activity, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Experience in retail is preferred, with bilingual English and French required. You will support opening/closing, inventory control, merchandising, and brand representation in a dynamic fashion environment.

They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively.
