Job Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register / point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
• Maintain availability: at least 20–25 hours per week; required Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED (equivalent preferred).
• Retail experience: at least one year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor/managerial experience: none required.
• Language: CEFR B2 fluency in English & French.
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, assertive.
• Initiative, confidence, adaptability, flexibility, and detail orientation.
• Proactive learning and strong work ethic.

Compensation

Full‑time starting rate: €26,835.24 annually. Full‑time equivalent hours are 35 per week.
