Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and smooth store operations. This role sits on the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.

The position requires CEFR B2 English and French, 20–25 hours weekly with weekend availability, and a high-energy, proactive approach to fashion retail.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year preferred.
• CEFR B2 in English and French.

Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.


• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.


• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.


• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.


• Build and maintain Visual Displays.


• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.


• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.


• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Availability

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week.


• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.


• In addition, during peaktimeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred


• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.


• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience isrequired.


• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French,required


• Maintain a strong customer focus.


• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.


• Possess strong communication skills.


• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

The full time starting rate for this position is 26835.24 € annually (i.e., the full time recruiting pay range for this position is 26835.24 €– 26835.24 € annually). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, our current full time equivalent hours are 35 per week.
