ABB, based in Chassieu, France, is seeking a Planning and Customer Service Manager to lead demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management while coordinating customer service operations in an international setting.

You will drive S&OP processes, oversee the supply of components, and develop a planning and customer service team to improve service levels and efficiency across borders.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in an international industrial environment.
• Solid expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, S&OP, and inventory management.
• First successful experience in team management.
• Mastery of operational performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English essential to evolve in an international context.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production planning and ensure component supply.
• Define and optimize inventory management strategy to balance financial performance and customer service quality.
• Ensure excellence in customer support operations, from order processing to resolution of requests and disputes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening process performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and support a planning team and a customer service team in an international and collaborative environment.

Planning and Customer Service Manager M/F

As a Planning and Customer Service Manager, you lead demand forecasting activities, production planning, inventory management, and customer support operations. As a true conductor, you coordinate various stakeholders to ensure a high level of service, optimized resource management, and continuous performance improvement.
