Job summary

ABB in Chassieu is looking for a Planning and Customer Service Manager to oversee demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and customer support. You will coordinate the S&OP process, manage teams across planning and customer service, and drive continuous improvement in an international setting.

The role requires strong experience in supply chain disciplines, fluent English, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to optimize service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in an international industrial environment.
• Solid expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, S&OP, and inventory management.
• First successful experience in team management.
• Mastery of operational performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English essential to evolve in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecasting and coordinate the S&OP process to ensure product availability and reliability of production plans.
• Oversee production planning and ensure component supply.
• Define and optimize inventory management strategy to balance financial performance and customer service quality.
• Ensure excellence in customer support operations, from order processing to resolution of requests and disputes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening process performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and support a planning team and a customer service team in an international and collaborative environment.
