Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in France, seeks a Reporting / Visualization Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights, designing dashboards and KPI visualizations using Power BI, eazyBI, Jira, Airtable, and ServiceNow.

You will extract and integrate data from multiple sources, deliver executive-level reports, and present findings to stakeholders, in a remote, contract-based role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and BI reports.
• Experience delivering executive-level dashboards and management reports.
• Strong knowledge of Jira data models, REST APIs, and Jira reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with eazyBI for Jira analytics and dashboard development.
• Experience using Airtable for data management, reporting, and integrations.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Reporting / Visualization Analyst based in France.

As a Reporting / Visualization Analyst, you will transform complex business and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance. You will design executive-level dashboards, business intelligence reports, and KPI-driven visualizations using a range of enterprise reporting tools. Working with platforms such as Power BI, eazyBI, Jira, Airtable, and ServiceNow, you will bring together data from multiple sources to deliver clear, reliable, and meaningful reporting. Your work will help stakeholders monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. This remote contract opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional who combines strong technical expertise with business insight and effective communication skills.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will develop and maintain reporting solutions that translate business requirements into accurate, accessible, and actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure dashboards and reports support performance monitoring, operational improvements, and executive decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI.
• Create KPI-driven visualizations and management reports to monitor business and operational performance.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions using eazyBI and Jira.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from Jira, Airtable, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with Jira data models, REST APIs, and native reporting capabilities to support advanced analytics.
• Manage Airtable data, reporting, and integrations to improve data accessibility and consistency.
• Use Power Query, DAX, and SQL to prepare, transform, model, and analyze data.
• Integrate information from multiple enterprise systems and APIs into unified reporting solutions.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of dashboards and reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, and enterprise reporting, along with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards, data visualizations, and business intelligence reports.
• Experience designing and delivering executive-level dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Jira data models, Jira REST APIs, and Jira reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with eazyBI for Jira analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience using Airtable for data management, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting principles.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data transformation, and visualization techniques.
• Practical experience with Power Query, DAX, and SQL for data preparation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when explaining insights to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment.
