Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Epic BI Report Developer based in France. You will design, develop, and optimize Epic reporting across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational functions in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare IT professional with strong data skills and Epic Cogito expertise. You will collaborate with clinical stakeholders, IT, Epic application teams, and data warehouse professionals to translate complex business needs into reliable reporting solutions,

Qualifications

Epic reporting and BI design, development, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and data management.
Experience translating business needs into technical reporting specifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize Epic reporting across revenue cycle, clinical, and operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specs.
Act as SME on Epic data, tools, and workflows for analysts and leadership.
Lead reporting initiatives through the full lifecycle including testing and deployment.
Improve reporting performance, data quality, and downstream data integrity.
Coordinate issue resolution with Epic, IT, and data teams.
