Follow Us is seeking a Senior BI & Reporting Consultant to bridge raw data and business teams by designing high-performance dashboards and robust reporting architectures. You will drive KPI definitions, data modeling, and storytelling to enable informed decision-making.

You'll work with Power BI, Tableau or Looker, collaborate with Data Engineering, and ensure data quality and governance across client projects, while staying fluent in both French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills including analytic/window functions.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts (datamarts, data warehouses).
• Proficiency in leading BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Awareness of data quality and UX/UI best practices for dashboards.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior BI & Reporting Consultant to help our clients transform their data flows into visual, high-performance, and reliable management tools.

Your mission

As a Senior BI & Reporting Consultant, you act as the bridge between raw data and business teams. You support our clients from the needs assessment phase through to the deployment of visualization solutions (dashboards, KPIs):

• Performance strategy: Define key indicators (KPIs) aligned with business challenges.
• Design & Delivery: Design intuitive, secure, and scalable dashboards.
• Consulting expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to translate operational issues into robust reporting architectures.
• Collaboration: Work on high-visibility projects, independently or in synergy with Data Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Business process analysis: Collaborate with functional departments to translate their processes into reporting-oriented data models.
• Decision modeling: Design and optimize data schemas (star, snowflake) suited to reporting tools.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Create impactful and user-friendly decision-support dashboards.
• Quality & Governance: Ensure consistency of figures, reliability of sources, and documentation of data dictionaries.
• BI project management: Coordinate testing phases, user training, and change management.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence.
• Technical expertise: Advanced SQL skills (analytic/window functions) and strong knowledge of modeling concepts (datamarts, data warehouses).
• Tools: Proficiency in one or more leading tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and ideally knowledge of transformation tools such as DBT.
• Data culture: Strong sensitivity to UX/UI design for dashboards and Data Quality (DQM) challenges.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English.
