Job summary

Disneyland Paris is seeking a Finance Transformation specialist to drive data modernization across BSF. You will design Power Platform solutions, build dashboards with Power BI, and automate reporting processes to improve data quality and decision making.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT teams, translate business needs into end-to-end solutions, and contribute to AI/ML / RPA initiatives while documenting and supporting end users.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data, BI, CS, engineering, quantitative finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Reporting, Data, BI, automation or digital transformation roles.
• Experience delivering end-user solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and propose deployable transformation solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Create dashboards with Power BI; Tableau knowledge is a plus.
• Prepare and transform data for reporting using Power Query.
• Participate in automation projects and POCs with Python or RPA.
• Contribute to chatbots and internal agents.
• Document solutions and train business teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams and communicate effectively.
• Monitor and benchmark data visualization, RPA, AI/ML, and low-code tools.

Within the Finance department, the Finance Transformation team supports the transformation efforts of the BSF (Business, Strategy & Finance) division.

Within the Finance department, the Finance Transformation team supports the transformation efforts of the BSF (Business, Strategy & Finance) division. Our mission: to identify, design, and implement innovative tools and processes to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. We provide concrete solutions through data visualization, digitalization, automation, and optimization of internal processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, identify processes to be transformed, and propose pragmatic and quickly deployable solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions: Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Create and enhance dashboards using Power BI; knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
• Prepare, transform, and structure data required for reporting and automation solutions, notably with Power Query.
• Participate in advanced automation projects and, as needed, in POCs involving Python, Machine Learning, or RPA tools.
• Contribute to the development or improvement of chatbots and internal agents.
• Document solutions, organize their maintenance, and support business teams in their use.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams, adapting communication to the technical level of the interlocutors.
• Conduct monitoring and benchmarking of data visualization, RPA, AI/ML, and low-code automation tools.

Work Experience

Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in data, business intelligence, computer science, engineering, quantitative finance, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Reporting, Data, BI, automation, or digital transformation roles, with concrete solutions developed and deployed for end users.

Technical Skills

• Good communication skills in French (C1) and English (C1)
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Ability to develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end solutions.
• Strong skills in data preparation and transformation, especially with Power Query.
• Practical experience with Python applied to data and/or Machine Learning.
• Experience with UiPath and a good understanding of RPA principles.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and designing chatbots or internal agents.
