Job summary

Trafilea is seeking an Account Manager – Wholesale to own and grow a portfolio of retail partners, including major US and international retailers. You will combine relationship management, commercial thinking, and data-driven execution to boost revenue, sell-through, and brand presence across channels.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment, promotions, and optimized sell-through.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wholesale/retail accounts in apparel or consumer goods.
• Proven success growing major retail partnerships (Walmart, Kohl’s, QVC, Belk).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actions.
• Excellent communication/negotiation; influence senior buyers.
• Highly accountable, proactive, adaptable in a fully remote setup.
• Familiar with Asana, Slack, and reporting tools; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Growth-driven mindset; motivated to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow accounts with major retailers; expand international opportunities.
• Drive strategies to scale revenue and profitability across channels.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Operations, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Monitor sales trends, KPIs, and margins; identify growth opportunities.
• Lead initiatives from brand launches to global expansion pilots.
