Jobgether is seeking a Web3 Business Development professional based in France to drive growth in the global blockchain security space. You will identify promising Web3 projects, engage founders and CTOs, and manage the full BD cycle from outreach to closing deals in a fully remote role.

You will build strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, venture firms, launchpads, and ecosystems, monitor market trends, and communicate insights to internal teams.

Competenze

• Experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
• Strong communication and networking skills with executives and founders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to close deals remotely.
• Fluency in English; comfortable engaging international clients.

Mansioni

• Identify and approach new Web3 business opportunities across DeFi, layer-1/2, and exchanges.
• Build relationships with founders, CTOs and senior security leaders.
• Lead end-to-end BD process from outreach to contract closure.
• Develop partnerships with Web3 projects, VCs, launchpads and ecosystems.
• Monitor market trends and communicate insights to teams.
