Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support creators across multiple markets. The role is remote from France with standard hours and monthly pay, focusing on payments, onboarding, and creator inquiries.

The candidate will log payments, coordinate with creators, manage Discord for the country, and ensure posts go live across all platforms. Notion usage and simple slide decks are part of the duties; independence and proactive issue-flagging are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and comfortable using English for creator communication.
• Organised and accurate with numbers for logging payments.
• Familiar with Discord and major social platforms.
• Proficient with Notion and creating simple slide decks.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding creators: getting new creators set up and ready to post.
• Payments: logging creator payments accurately and on time, and answering payment questions.
• Creator questions: answering creators' day-to-day questions in their language.
• Discord: managing and moderating the country's creator Discord.
• Post checks: checking that creators' posts are live, spotting missed posts and flagging them.
• Every platform, every time: ensuring creators post on every platform.
• One-off tasks: assisting the campaign lead with Notion docs and slide decks.
