Ethos is recruiting experienced venture capital professionals to help train their latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role targets associates and principals with 3+ years at a venture or growth fund to develop and refine AI-generated deal memos, market maps, LP materials, and founder-facing decks.

This flexible, remote opportunity offers $100 per hour for 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven presentation workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth equity fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: deal memos, IC decks, market maps, portfolio reviews, LP update decks, and founder-facing materials.
• Craft high-quality PowerPoint decks for client engagements and internal reviews with meticulous attention to detail.
