Ethos is seeking heads of ventures to help train a language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across deal memos, market maps, LP materials, and founder decks for VC portfolios.

The position is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour, reflecting expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and meticulous written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth equity fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: deal memos and IC decks, market map exhibits, portfolio review presentations, fund LP update decks, and founder-facing materials.
