Ethos is seeking experienced consulting managers from top strategy firms to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across deck architecture, storylines, executive synthesis, steering committee decks, and quality control for partner-ready deliverables.

Remote, flexible 5–20 hours/week (ASAP). Candidates should have 5+ years at a top firm with leadership experience and exceptional PowerPoint skills and written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (MBB) including team leadership at PM level.
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling client deliverables.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slides.
• Manage deck architecture and storyline reviews for executive-level deliverables.
• Oversee quality control of team-produced slides and partner-ready outputs.
