Ethos is seeking skilled analysts to help train AI models by crafting high-quality presentations and slide decks for venture and growth fund workflows. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials, including deal memos, IC decks, market maps, portfolio reviews, LP updates, and founder-facing presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in VC or growth investing, expert PowerPoint skills, and exceptional written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an investing role at a VC or growth fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Excellent PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (deal memos and IC decks).
• Develop market map exhibits and portfolio review presentations.
• Prepare fund LP update decks and founder-facing materials.
