Remote Policy Lead for AI Briefs and Decks

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of policy to help train our latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated policy briefs, data-driven policy exhibits, testimony support materials, and stakeholder slides across core workflows.

Compensation is $70/hour with flexible, 5–20 hours per week; start ASAP and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a think tank, policy institute, or government research body
• Portfolio of published briefs and presentations for policymaker audiences
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: policy briefing decks, data-driven policy exhibits, testimony support materials, report launch presentations, and stakeholder briefing slides.
