HB Travels is seeking a Virtual Trip Coordinator to assist clients in planning and organizing travel experiences from start to finish. You will help travelers explore options, understand requirements, and navigate every step of the booking process, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable planning experience with timely support and accurate information.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience; background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new systems, tools, and booking platforms quickly.

Responsabilités

Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options.
Coordinate travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transportation.
Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures.
Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed.
Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback.
Address concerns professionally, with empathy and a solutions‑focused mindset.
