Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a TikTok Media Buying Team Lead based in France for a fully remote, full-time leadership role in a fast-growing media buying and iGaming environment.

You will lead a team of media buyers, own traffic quality, budgets, testing strategies, and marketing performance while shaping team roadmaps and overseeing campaigns from testing to execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on TikTok Ads experience.
• Experience leading media buying teams or similar.
• 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels and traffic acquisition.
• Familiarity with anti-detect browsing or tracking tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of gambling advertising compliance requirements.
• Experience developing and testing marketing hypotheses with data.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of media buyers, including recruitment and coaching.
• Set objectives and priorities for the team and ensure execution.
• Monitor traffic,Quality, performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and manage budgets to support marketing objectives.
• Create roadmaps and tests for campaigns, optimization and growth.
• Design and test structured hypotheses and analyze results.
• Oversee funnels from testing through execution to improve acquisition.
• Collaborate with design, dev, finance and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on TikTok Ads developments and paid social trends.
• Drive automation and tooling to streamline operations.
