Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will analyze threat reports, classify attacker behavior, and validate intelligence data used to train AI systems. You will evaluate IOC, TTPs, and narrative realism to ensure integrity of AI outputs.

The role emphasizes applying MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT workflows, and independent task-based work across flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or security research experience.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection, or CTI workflows.
• Able to distinguish authentic attacker behavior from noise, errors, or fabricated data.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify real-world threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior.
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism.
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems.
• Review AI-generated security outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or fabricated behaviors.
• Apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to assess and contextualize adversary activity.
