Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an SDR based in France to drive new business across Switzerland and Austria. You will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads, coordinating with Account Executives and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM usage, and a collaborative, growth-oriented, remote-friendly environment. Fluency in German and English is required, with Swiss German being especially valued.

Qualifications

• Native-level Swiss German, strong standard German, and fluency in English.
• Remote work from an eligible European country with travel to Switzerland and Austria as needed.
• Between 0 and 2 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Confidence in outbound calls and initiating conversations with unfamiliar contacts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts in Switzerland and Austria to contact decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound leads and pass opportunities to Account Executives.
• Understand customer challenges and articulate how tech solutions address them.
• Use CRM and prospecting tools to organize outreach and track results.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach and insights.
