Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own software delivery from planning through release. This remote role lets you coordinate developers, QA, and stakeholders to meet timelines and deliver quality software.

You will drive requirements clarification, delivery tracking, risk management, and release coordination, identifying blockers early and steering recovery actions, with strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning through release.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining delivery plans.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders on requirements, blockers, scope changes, and delivery priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward with limited supervision.
• Experience with data, analytics, or AI projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own software projects end to end from planning through release.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate into actionable tasks.
• Manage project scope and changes, communicating impacts on timelines.
• Plan and coordinate software releases with readiness checks and QA alignment.
• Provide clear updates on status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
