Jobgether SRL is seeking a Team Leader, SRE to guide a highly technical reliability organization responsible for cloud infrastructure and developer platforms. The role blends about 60% hands-on engineering with 40% people leadership, spanning Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, CI, and observability.

You will shape SRE practice, own on-call, influence engineering direction, and coach engineers across the team in both technical and collaboration skills, all within a fully remote, asynchronous

Qualifications

• Experience leading an SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps team and guiding growth.
• Proven ability to manage performance and career progression.
• Experience hiring engineers and assessing technical skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution and team-dynamics skills.
• Hands-on Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud infra expertise.
• Production Kubernetes experience with reliability and scaling.
• Significant AWS experience at scale.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop an SRE team, owning career lifecycle of direct reports.
• Coach engineers in technical craft and interpersonal skills.
• Foster healthy team environment and retrospectives.
• Represent SRE team to engineering and leadership, communicating priorities.
• Define and prioritize SRE objectives balancing ops and projects.
• Own the on-call model and incident response.
• Provide technical leadership across core infra including Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, DNS, TLS, CI infra.
• Evolve SRE practices: SLOs, error budgets, incident mgmt, observability, post-incident improvements.
• Partner with Security on threats, patches, audits, compliance.
• Manage infra vendor relationships with leadership.
• Review work hands-on and guide during incidents.
• Mature reliability practices by turning incidents into improvements.
• Balance short-term ops with long-term platform investments.
