Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Nantes for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code across languages, explain your reasoning, and help train AI systems to think like real developers.

You’ll identify bugs, performance issues, and security concerns while delivering structured feedback. Work independently on your own schedule and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed.
• Clear written communicator with ability to explain technical decisions.

Responsabilités

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code effectiveness and gaps.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
