Anyone AI is seeking skilled Backend Developers to work as project consultants on a part-time, remote basis. You will design and evaluate realistic software engineering tasks, including bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring, and test generation.

Requirements include advanced professional English, 3–7 years of software engineering experience, backend or full‑stack production‑level work, and experience with testing frameworks.

Qualifications

• Advanced English written proficiency.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).
• Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases.
• Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, and testing.
• Write clear specifications and reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer submissions for correctness, clarity, and realism.
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes.
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and outputs.
