Retarus seeks a Senior Product Consultant to act as a technical partner for the sales team, translating complex customer requirements into valuable, market-ready solutions. You will drive client meetings, demos, and workshops while maintaining deep product knowledge.

You will collaborate with account managers, respond to RFPs, and develop compelling proposals. Fluency in French and English, plus strong communication and presentation abilities, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting or IT support.
• Experience with EDI, IDP, and business process automation is preferred.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales cycle as a technical sparring partner for account managers.
• Provide in-depth technical expertise to position products effectively.
• Plan and lead client meetings, workshops, and product demos.
• Respond to RFPs with technical and proposal-related inquiries.
• Develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates for tailored proposals.
