Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of direct engineering management experience.
- 6+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong software engineering background with scalable architectures.
- Experience guiding MVPs, roadmaps, and milestones.
- Experience recruiting and evaluating engineers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction across the team and architecture reviews.
- Own the technical roadmap and translate needs into plans.
- Guide projects from planning through release with timely delivery.
- Define MVPs, milestones, feasibility, and dependencies.
- Promote scalable and robust software architectures and reduce risk.
- Lead two engineering teams, mentoring growth and performance.
- Coordinate priorities across teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with leadership and open-source communities to align priorities.
