Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own the full paid media engine with multi‑million-dollar monthly budgets across Google and Meta. You will govern systems, measurement, creative testing, and capital allocation, reporting to the CEO in a high-autonomy, P&L‑oriented role.

This remote, international position requires strategic rigor, data‑driven decision making, and leadership of a growing team across platforms and channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1M+/month on two major platforms.
• Proven ability to own strategy, structure, and budget, not just execution.
• Deep Google depth with PMax-era knowledge (structure, feed, economics).
• Experience with high AOV categories and long decision cycles.
• Built scalable bid/budget/pause decision systems; can present a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media efficiency across Google and Meta with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Design and document pause/scale logic and budget guardrails.
• Own measurement: attribution, MER, incrementality testing.
• Run creative as a system: testing taxonomy, briefs, hooks, UGC.
• Design promo architecture aligned to retail calendar and offers.
• Lead the performance marketing team and structure; CEO sign-off.
• Scale new channels beyond Google/Meta; pilot new opportunities.
• Drive profitability through contribution-margin lens after returns.
