Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Search to lead paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, owning strategy, investment and results. You will drive growth across Europe and beyond, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen our paid acquisition capabilities.

You will implement testing, scale channels, and ensure accurate health claims while navigating cross-border requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid search experience in an international setting.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong experience with Microsoft Advertising.
• Data-driven approach with strong measurement and testing.
• Track record of improving conversion, acquisition efficiency and ROI across multiple markets.
• Experience with media planning and performance forecasting.
• Experience launching and evaluating paid channels beyond search.
• Ability to set direction and influence colleagues while staying close to campaign execution.
• Practical experience using AI and automation with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set the paid search strategy across the US, UK, Germany and further growth markets.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution across Search, Shopping and Performance Max with internal teams and partners.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms and markets.
• Measure performance against CAC, conversion, revenue and ROI using data and platform reports.
• Build a testing roadmap across keywords, audiences and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative and analytics teams to strengthen tracking and customer journey.
• Drive testing and development of additional paid channels like native advertising.
• Present results, risks and opportunities with clear recommendations.
