Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms, ensure compliant health messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to accelerate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across key markets including US, UK, Germany and others.
• Develop hypotheses from research and performance data for ad testing.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts with creative and product teams.
• Manage budgets, audiences and optimization across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Improve conversion rates from ad click to purchase while ensuring health messaging accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory and legal teams to approve health claims.
