Payward Services is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in France to optimize RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires for institutional clients and digital asset infrastructure. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure timely, compliant responses and accurate CRM records.

You will develop pipeline reporting, manage onboarding handoffs, and identify process improvements using AI-enabled tools to streamline proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, sales support, or related role.
• Experience with RFPs, DDQs, and security/compliance questionnaires.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes from intake to submission.
• Coordinate responses with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering and Sales teams.
• Maintain CRM accuracy (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities).
• Build pipeline reports, dashboards, and forecasting inputs.
• Support onboarding from signed agreements to customer handover.
