Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across France, Italy and Benelux. The role is fully remote, with a base in Lyon, and will manage a high-performing remote sales team.

You will drive new business, strengthen distributor networks, and own regional strategy and forecasts. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sales leadership, strong Euro-market experience, and English fluency; French/Italian/Dutch are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior sales leadership, with remote team management.
• Strong revenue growth experience across Europe (France, Italy, Benelux).
• Experience with distributor/channel sales and key account management.
• HVACR or related industry background.
• Excellent forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Fluent English; French/Italian/Dutch preferred.
