Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a regional sales-focused professional to grow our market in France from a home-based setup. You will nurture relationships with machine manufacturers and end-users, work with distributors, and expand the portfolio with new accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with market managers and application engineers across France and at Group level, delivering high-value technical and commercial solutions, and traveling 2–3 overnight stays weekly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing mechanical or chemical products.
• Solution-oriented with strong relationship-building and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Operational English; German is a plus.
• Willingness for fieldwork with 2-3 overnight stays per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop the region by building loyalty with OEMs and end-users and expanding accounts.
• Collaborate with distributor partners and grow the portfolio with new accounts.
• Offer high-value technical and commercial solutions after training and ensure quality of products and services.
• Coordinate with market managers and application engineers across France and at Group level.
